This place for me is new
and inside I feel so blue.
With all new faces here,
I have no one to share.

I know it takes too long
to fit in and get along.
But still this loneliness
is filling my emptiness.

There is a little hope left
in my heart it is kept.
As I wait for it to change,
still I will have to manage.

I am ready to compromise
with the support of someone nice.
For all I need is a friend
I hope you understand!

So let me wait this time,
knowing it will be fine.
With patience this phase may pass,
then things will be bright at last.
