silently whispering
listen
cant you hear it
cant you see it
do feel it taking over
the wind is calling
the skies are crying
listen to the words that aren't their
listen to just be aware
love and choose to always care
telling others no
when you yourself refuse to go
if you don't let others in
you well never win
if you lie then you sin
if you break
every one else well just take
if you cry others well choose to lie
if you want to die
then give life another try
never truly say goodbye
don't turn off the lights
please done leave me
please don't go
don't turn away
consumed by pain
just let it rain
try to stay sain
struggling to keep the pain locked deep inside
running away to try to hide
breaking away the tide
no one knows that you ever cried

simple style, yet the words peirce through the gray matter of poetry and I feel it. I feel the struggle. More importantly, I feel the inner strength of this individual. It's beautiful!

I really liked it but i was a bit confused on what it meant.
