Where I Belong
This is where my dreams come true,
Away from prying eyes.
This is where I know I’m me
Here, where no one dies.
And you must think I’m crazy,
For believing in this place,
But believe you me that every day,
I stare it in the face.
It is where the magic happens,
It’s where it all began,
Where fantasies take precedence,
And the universe was planned.
It’s where such miracles are born,
Where heroes first were made,
Where time always existed,
And will after we fade.
It does not go by Heaven,
Or any such other name,
It has many, but not just one,
That anyone can say.
It hides in deepest mystery,
From eyes that cannot see,
Awakened I am to this world,
And it showed itself to me.
