Amice mortis
Sleeping, but still awake,
Dreaming, but seeing nothing,
Searching, but no ones there,
No one except death,
Death is my only friend,
The only thing i've ever known,
For you see,
Death is always with me,
Hiding in my midst,
Taking everyone away from me,
Leaving me alone and unloved,
In this world of cruelty and despair,
With no one to run to,
No one to comfort me,
So i raise this hand,
Close my eyes,
And slash,
Through my heart, my soul, my entire being,
Then nothing, death is upon me,
Finally taking me from this cruel and cold world,
To a better place, where i can be free,
So i welcome this, with open arms,
And i feel death surround me, tightening its grip,
And then my mind goes blank, my breathing stops, and my body goes numb,
And i'm gone, finally dead, with no fears or worries.
