Roses
My love to you is like a rose
Take care of it and it will grow
There’s so many things I have to explain
But I’ll take the time and explain everything
The stem stands for how strong we are
The color of the pedals is for how far
I will go just for you
I would suffer and you know it’s true
The thorns protect us from breaking up
They are made out of our trust
We will never be threatened
We will be there til the end
When we are picked by the gardener
We will go even farther
Put in a vase it looks beautiful
It makes everything look unforgivable
I will drown so you can swim
I would die so you can live
I will fall so you can stand
As I recall you were always in my demand
I want you to always be by my side
Even at the moment before I die
With my last breath I would say to you
Our love is a rose in cement that broke through
