Love like brass.
Can’t you hear my heart beat fast?
I want this to last.
Who cares about the past?
This is a task,
And I’m having a blast.
But there’s so much to grasp.
When you kiss me I gasp.
My arms, they clasp, around your neck.
When you’re around my life’s a blast.
I want our love to be like brass.
I’m glad though; you’re not an a**.
Like those guys in the past.
When I dream, we’ll lay in the grass.
Maybe just watch time pass.
Until, at last our love is vast.
With all my heart.
I’ll always be smart.
But we’re at a good start.
