Acid Sunshine
I promised myself I would never cry for the sake of your name.
But even in my fake world of sunshine...
You manage to make it rain.
I feel so powerful when I'm next to you,
it is an insane rush of emotion
that is only felt by us two.
My world starts to shake whenever I hear you speak.
And they say "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger,"
but your only goal is to make me feel weak.
And is it odd that I crave that feeling of weakness?
Oh, how I crave our pain, it gives me an inward bliss.
Can't you see how you are making me crazy?!
Was it not made clear we were meant to be forever?!
Just you and me, baby.
I love the way you make me feel like I'm never good enough.
So let's ride off into our sunset and drive each other nuts.
