Rain to Me

Rain is very
Important to me
Its the only place
I can hit my knees
And cry until
My eyes bleed.
No one can see
The tears on my face
The rain just simply
Washes them away.
I am thankful for that
Because then everyone would see
The sorrow I hide
Inside of me.
Its pathetic I know
But this you see
Is why rain
Is important to me.
