Waterfall

Life is a waterfall
Pouring into a dark hole
I’m standing at the top
Waiting in the dirt
Scared, stubborn and anxious
I wonder about the deepness
Of the water below me
And if I will survive the landing
I begin to turn around and walk away
But suddenly I let go of all my fears
I run back to the edge and jump
My heart beats faster
As my body hits the water
I feel brave and refreshed
Sometimes, you just have to take the risk
