Of Love and Reason

Once Love had said to Reason
"You should act upon your heart."
But Reason turned the other way and scoffed
"Now there's a thought."
Once Love had said to Reason
"It's love that makes the world go round!"
But Reason chose to disagree and left without a sound.
Once Reason told to Love
"You are irrational in truth!"
To which Love said
"In truth, there is no wagering with you!"
For this we tell no tales of Love and Reason coexisting,
It's untold of in nature
And both involve some heavy wishing.
