He Has Lost Himself
He lives a dream
It may be real life
But without the average struggle
He knows he is smart
He can get things
He has the money
But his life starts to get murky
Like the water just below cold lake
Quicksand
He falls deeper
He can not here warning
He smiles as he looses his battle
And looses himself puzzle piece by piece
He looks behind him
Time has lost its grip
He senses how much time has passed
As if he can push put the doubt, reasoning, fear
He turns
He gas lost the battle
But he still fight the current
His face surfacing above the icy water
Before it pulls him under again
A Horrible, unforgiving cycle
He will Fight though
Until he sees no hope, feels no reassurance
Until it fills his lings with black embers and suffocates him
