As the fabric bonds
To become one
Whole and complete
Nothing can compete
With that feeling
Of knowing
And breathing
And dreaming
Of that day
That special day
Where you know
Absolutely
Positively
And Profusely
That the solo act
Was never your part
To play
Interconnect
Small Hands
With Big Hands
Opposite
Yet the same
They know the feeling
Of never
Ever
Ever
Wanting to let go
Of their other
Yes, THEIR other
The one they claim
The one they hold
The one they love
With their heart and soul
Forever
And ever
And evermore.
