Who She Is
I said, "Don't do it".
Thoughts poured like a waterfall
A heavy torrent of battling wills.
The anger seeped slowly
while jealousy burst through
like a lightbulb lighting up.
She is a perfectionist,
better than I in what matters.
Her grades would be As if it weren't
for that C,
my grades are scattered all over
like my medical history.
She writes with a skill and
Voice I cannot match,
Mine is as sketchy as
My bear Raspberry,
Who is covered in patches.
She says, “You do write a lot.”
Not true-
I only write to explain
how and who and what
I am.
