I’m a writer
And a fearless fighter
My pen and paper are my sword
I swing away at my enemies
With my ready, sharpened word
My shield
I yield
With a graceful flourish of my pencil
The ink I ride in hopes to save the pretty distraught damsel
And when I’ve won my last battle
I’ll sit up high on my lead saddle
The final “the end” I will have vanquished
And we will celebrate with a royal banquet
And with some good fortune
My story will be told soon
How I the writer,
