What If
When they see me
They'll think
They'll judge
They'll talk
When I'm in the way
They'll glare at me
I ruined their day
Now they'll be late
Narrow hallways
I step to the side
Back to the wall
Just let me go hide
What if they honk
Or I'm in the the wrong lane
When the streets are congested
The people gone insane
What if i have
food on my face
or a milk mustache
in this public place
then it hit me
that they all have
opinions.
Opinions of me.
When they see me
They'll think
Before I can speak
Now it's up to me
to prove them wrong
Or right.
But it's usually not
Because my pale skin
has plenty of flaws
I live in my sweats,
athletic shorts
I don't dress to impress
but then still come the nerves
what if they judge me
don't like me
they're mad
and I ruined their day
