Those little girls

we have finished our years
just like a whisper
kept quiet from listening eyes
we grew up before their ears
and they didnt see a thing
if they had
they would have noticed us grow
before our time
plucked before we were ripe
but they took no note
until the flood came
and washed those little girls away
