A tale of lies
One moment I understand you and the next I’m standing here with question marks all over my face. You read me like a book, but you know nothing about me.. I try to distance myself but I’m tangled in your words. I try to break free but I’m lost in your eyes.
You tell me one thing but then you do another. You leave me standing here with question marks all over my face…
I lived great before you came along, but now a day doesn’t pass by where I don’t think about you.. You consume my thoughts and have entered my world of fantasy. There are moments I believe it could be reality but then you bring me right back down to fantasy.
You tricked me into believing your lies, and I felt stupid for believing them…
Nothing but a bunch of lies… nothing but a washed away fairy-tale…
