If heaven wasnt so far away
I would go visit my daddy everyday
And go make friends with god
I would ask him if i was doing everything
Like i was supposed to
I would ask him if i was the
Person he wants me to be.
If heaven wasnt so far away
Losing people you love wouldnt be so hard
Because you could go visit them everyday
I know i would be up there
To visit my daddy everyday
To gain the father daughter bond we once had
To do special things like we used to
And listen to our favorite country songs together
If heaven wasnt so far away
