i would have died for you , a bullet to the brain , a knife across my vein . maybe I'm just insane , but didn't you say you would do the same ? you ran & left me on my own , all alone , true colors shown . if only i would have known then what i know today , i would have looked you in those cowardly eyes & i would say : your way of deceit will be my defeat so take a seat & listen to these words of betrayal . the contempt in my heart unveiled , darkest thoughts unjailed ; set free . cant you see what your disloyalty has done to me ? trust never to return , the hatred in my head burns , nightmares as i toss & turn only to wake up & find your dishonesty on my mind ; duplicity of the cruelest kind . you snuck up behind & stuck a knife through my spine . stabbed me in the back . now mercy is what i lack , relent has departed . & to think how this started with your fake smile . now look how vile is its end , that never again can i depend on you as a friend .
