Real Life is Something Else
Turn off the light and let
the blackness stretch beyond endless
where objects turn into ears
listening to the whispers of the wind
Please don't look for me in this place
and drag me back to the reality
who thinks I might know her sadness
just because I live inside my own
It has no use striking a match
or even cutting off my eyelids
because no matter there is light or not
I always see the same darkness
There is another dimension where
birds chirp in metaphor and the
still life rhymes on the tip of its tongue
And in there I live to the fullest
