Sex, Love and Fire
A gasp
a sigh
a shiver
an arch of the spine
red flowers on the soft pillows
a touch
cool hands
soft butterfly kisses
up and down
tender skin
a breath
expelled in the heavy air
under blankets
dusted with a million invisible things
liquid bones
and
closed eyes
A fire,
red and orange flames
then ashes, ashes everywhere
smoke wafts off my melting flesh
and you breathe me in,
take me inside you
smell me
taste me
know me.
A gasp
a sigh
a shiver
a touch
a breath.
