Searching everywhere
Amongst the shadows
In the darkness
For you;
Sacrificing everything
So I can be free
To search for you;
Making sure that I have
Nothing to lose
Just so I can find you
And never let you go
Ever again.
Yet you push me away
Again and again,
Continuously saying that you don’t need me,
That you are never coming back,
That I mean absolutely nothing to you anymore
And I never will again;
You slip further and further
Into the darkness,
Not realizing that I too
Am falling into the black
Just so I can be with you.
