Set Sail
Can I sail?
Just let me sail.
Lift up my veil.
Free from this cage
my soul in a rage.
Blood pours on the age
of yesterday's hold.
I'm shooting for gold.
This journey'd been sold
to me in my dreams.
Sails keep their seams
white like the beams
of sunlight since cast.
Near top of the mast,
my heart pumping fast,
I set my sights too far.
