~Dark Cycle~

Things will always stay the same-
The cycle will repeat
And nothing will ever change;
My heart will never mend
Because it will never
Have the chance to-
Over and over,
Lies fracture the shattered pieces again
Because people never change;
I walk on this dark path to nowhere,
Hopelessly lost because
The untrustworthy lead me through it-
Only to leave without warning,
Abandoning me here in this nothingness
Without a second thought;
Like always, it will stay the same-
The cycle repeats itself
And nothing will ever change.
