The key to happiness
Hate is a harsh thing, don't you think?
And despite this, it dominates the things I seek.
To make yourself love more than you hate is truly a difficult thing to do,
For focusing on the darkness seems to be a predisposed human characteristic.
To see the light, I think you have to hit rock bottom first.
Then you have no choice but to look up.
To attend to the harsh things in life is a waste,
For the clocks tick.
Dedicate your life to the things you love,
And, maybe, you will find everything you seek.
Maybe that's the key to happiness.
