You are My Secret Coffee

I have a secret.
A secret that runs inside my mind,
setting it into daydreaming,
and, like a coffee,
is what keeps me awake every night.
A secret that pumps
together with the blood in my heart,
making it beats fast,
and, like a coffee,
is what makes me nervous
every time you speak with me.
A secret that gives
rhythm to my laughter
leading it to singing of songs,
and, like a coffee,
is what keeps me warm
every cold hour of waiting for you.
My secret is you.
My secret coffee.

I was automatically intrigued by the title. I love the idea of this poem but I feel the actual poem may benefit from better flow, and less explicit lines. Wonderful comparisons to coffee, that part was beautiful. I just think a bit of remodeling would do wonders for such a curious poem. Keep it up!
