Time...
Time is a funny thing,
like most things alike.
When you want it to pass,
it never does.
And when you don't want it to end,
it always does.
I suppose its because when you enjoy something,
you want it to never end,
the end is always inevitable.
When you are excited about something,
but you have to wait,
You realize how long that amount of time actually is,
How many months in a year,
how many weeks in a month,
How many days in a week,
How many hours in a day,
How many minutes in an hour,
How many seconds in a minute,
How many milliseconds in each passing second...
It gets a little overwhelming doesn't it?
It may also be that you're mind is free to think of such things when you are anxious.
You're mind goes in hyper drive
and you notice everything.
But when you are busy,
You never glance at the time,
Until you realize its too late.
And the time for fun and games is over.
Now who wants that?
