The Struggle of a Dream
Feeling my way through the darkness,
lead by a beating heart.
Stars guide my way
but I don't know where to start.
White eyes,
Black heart,
Dirty landscape of a future.
I know who I am
I think
I know what I want
I'm sure
Onlookers snicker
I can never make my way.
I start to walk,
it starts to rain.
I start to jog,
lightning roars.
I start to run,
The earth shakes.
I start to sprint,
The rain,
the lightning,
the shaking
stops.
I have made my way.
