"What would you do if I died today?"
If you died today
I'd dwell on all of the things left unsaid
If you died today
I'd sit in agony longing for your embrace
If you died today
I'd wish I could take back the words I said
during the fights we had
If you died today
I'd wish I had been better to you
If you died today
I'd regret all of the hours we spent apart
that I could have spent with you
If you died today
I wouldn't make it to your funeral
When you asked,
"What would you do if I died today?"
I leaned into your shoulder and whispered,
"I'd die tomorrow."
