Just a Weed (Wish)
I was the leftover seed of the flower, usually just tossed to the side because everybody knew that I was going to be too hard to budge--a waste of breath, energy, and time. But then you came along with puffed cheeks and a bright spirit, because why wouldn't each seed be just as important as the others? You sent me out into the world while still chasing and watching over me and helping to give me an extra push when needed. I could never thank you enough for all that you have done and do for me still, but I promise you this: I promise that with every fiber of my being I will try my best to make all your wishes come true.
