Beyond the hill

The boy did live

Beyond the frown
the way he made her world

The boy did leave
The girl did stay
The boy picked up
and moved away.

Beyond the earth
Beyond the moon
She came and left
she left too soon

The boy did wish
for one more day
The girl did wish
that she could stay.
