Pain.

It’s so loud, I can’t handle it.
The pounding,
Bomb Bomb.
No body stops talking.
Discussion is fine.
Yelling is not.
The migraine is taking over.
I can’t breathe,
I can’t breathe.
I try and run
But there’s nowhere to hide
The pain is so real
So alive it’s taking over
It’s eating me alive
I don’t know how to survive
I feel faint.
I feel dizzy
The world is swimming before my eyes.
I just want to lie my head down for a moment,
Just for a moment
To sleep away the pain
But I know if I do
I’m never waking up again.
