The Butterfly

A sailor hides in a cocoon,
his life around his feet.
He had it all,
but then came the fall,
of his mighty fleet.
An angel came down from heaven,
Her hair flowing golden white.
She picked him up and taught him how
Exactly to see the light
A sailor sits on a throne,
His life built high above him.
He has a fleet armored to the bone.
And a glass filled to the brim.
