The past has disappeared into the mist and fog
forgotten by everyone
yet not quite all
forgotten voices
and memories call
spinning in time
kept alive by remembering
The human race
Oh how it strives!
to last immortal through
the tides of time
yet no matter how hard they try
there comes a time
when paper falls
and memories fade
and all is gone
but forgotten memories

I was chilling at home with my cat when my mom told me not to forget to do the dishes, and out of that I formed this poem!
