Time to Let Go.
Time to let go,
I'm done with this sadness,
That will never be fixed.
Not caring what will happen to him.
I already know that
He has been trying to climb back,
With no avail.
I have tried to help him.
But I have almost,
Allowed him to take me with him.
There is a few,
Beconing for me to let him go.
I miss everything we had,
but had has become the key word.
Because it no longer exists,
No longer involves me,
any more.
I've tried to move on,
To let go,
To find someone new.
I have,
but I feel like I burden him,
And everyone else,
With the truth.
The truth is supposed to set you free,
but it keeps me stuck in place.
I love this new one,
But don't know if I can love,
Like I have before.
To start anew,
and letting go,
Becomes harder than anything I have ever known.
