why cant you help?

You question if i just fell but obviously my blood just fell but maybe you just dont care i cant believe you cant tell if i wrote help in the blood that just fell will you be able to tell
that i need help
in so many words i scream i need help but now i must go silent because their is on one to help lie from the devil my help is here but why is it so hard to ask i force my mouth open but nothing comes out i just want help please dont leave my ide i donot want to die i donot mean to make you cry i just want you to understand why?
