MY HOPE
I’m Money,
The cause of tyranny,
Green as emerald,
Sold for gold and silver.
I’m big and warm
For the sake of luxury and jubilance;
Respect and love.
But I also posses the smallest stature,
For I’ve always welcomed hatred,
Separation, corruption
And Death.
Dollars, Euros or Rupees
Different currencies belong to me.
I’ve no season; neither time depends on me,
Nor do I belong to anybody.
It’s your fortune you posses me
No doubt, someday you’ll lose me.
Necessity has invented me,
It’s me- immortal and glorious.
I’ve hidden your blemishes in the moonlight
And overpowered all your thoughts
Even in the sunshine.
I’ll stay and wait, live eternal.
Like a pearl in an oyster.
I’ll live to see a world ending up in fight,
A fight where you’ll lose relations
To hunt up me.
But a hope still inflames me…
You’ll value me, worth me but
Cease all the enmities that are evolved
Through me.
