tilting golden mirage
shivering breath like
heavy honey exhale
the earth’s blurred vitality
hazy halo glow
bright pinpricks in the mirror
my skin is lizardly and i am fluidly whole
fractals scatter in algorithm light
pulsing from a shattered breath inside
my hollow occupied chest
oh how stale and warm is spring’s artificial embrace
emanating by the poolside.
