Beauty is the Beast MAG

By Anonymous

Her skin, butter-cream by day, turns translucent by night.
Her hair, ebony black, shimmers like the night sky
But only to deceive those she encounters
Her lips, stained crimson from her victims
Eyes piercing blue, penetrating those who make contact with them
Her corpse, deemed immaculate by those she lures into her trap
She is the deceiver, the harlot of the hills
But cleverly disguised
The mark of the beast lies in her hands

"For beauty is nothing but the begining of terror"

Rilke part of 'The Tenth Elgy'

remides me of a line of this poem by Rilke "For beauty is nothing but the begining of terror"

I think it was in 'the tenth elgy'

Boring. Cliche, sometimes redundant discriptions, stereotypical subject, and an occasional choice of words that makes me want to gag. All in all, color me unimpressed.

Yesterday is history. Tommorrow is a mystery. And today? Today is a gift that's why they call it the present.

needs less description. more of a body so that the reader can understand what a "beast" she really is. Good concept though!
