Fall's Rain

Standing in fall's rain
where no one could put in vain.
The pounding of the raindrop
is like any kind of teardrop.
One's heartbeat is loud.
It is never bound.
Louder than any rain.
Louder than any train.
Even in the fall,
there is a call.
The call of a heart
from a counterpart.
Come to thee,
but never be on your knees.
Stand close and hold me.
Don't leave me in fall's rain.
