Seasons of the Sky
To the East, there is a blue purer than the blue that is the Ocean
Partly covered by the charcoal of a hurricane’s mighty gusts.
To the North, the cold of winter is being smothered by a pillow of snow,
Adding light to the dread of a winter’s storm.
In the West, the sunset of fallen leafs has overcome and conquered, casting it’s hue over the world.
The last bloom of an admiration rose in the marshmallows of early campfires.
Then the South, the palest pastel of blues spotted with April
To prepare for the beautiful blooming of May.
