Reaching, Hoping, Jumping.
She reaches out
For no one
Just longing
For a certain sense
Of love
Belonging
All her life
She’s been
Tossed
Torn
Dragged
Ripped
Like a piece of trash
In the wind
Tattered
Forgotten
But yet she hopes
If she reaches
One last time
If she screams
If she calls for help
One final time
She cries
Longing for someone
To grab her hands
Pull her back
Love her
Love.
Something she never had
For someone to care
But no one does
No one ever does
So she jumps.
