Gone Again
Stop. It’s gone.
Boom!
It came back again.
The pressure in her chest,
The glow in her eyes,
The nerves in her feet.
Stop. It has to go.
She closes her eyes,
Doesn’t let the emotion come again.
The massacre of the butterflies begins,
And she has to be the last one standing,
No matter how hard it will be.
She opens her eyes.
Boom.
Gone again.
