I knew, He didn't

He sat there, watching me,
Not knowing that I knew
Exactly what he was doing.
He was luring me in,
Putting me under a spell
That would haunt me for years.
I knew it was all wrong.
He didn’t.
I knew what had to be done.
He didn’t.
I knew it was ruining my life.
He didn’t.
I knew, he didn’t.

This piece is inspired by a specific person (who I will not name) changed my life in a way I didn't want to be changed. He did awful things to me, and for that I've shut myself out from most people, and I normally don't enjoy the enjoyable things in life.
