Darkness
I can feel your pain
Can you drown the darkness
With your rain?
Take away the sorrow of the day…
Make me free
Make me live
Make the sunlight shine for all that it is
Let the teardrops fall no more
And see
That if you do believe
Then the light can set you free
In the darkness
Can you see light?
When you sleep the night away
Can all that is forgotten come out to play?
Or do we hide?
And wait
For the day
That fate lets us roam again
