Childhood
Do you remember the days were we didn't care,
We had no worries,
No troubles.
Do you remember what our biggest concerns were,
We had to decide what page to color,
Or what tv show to watch.
There was no real work,
No real responsibilities,
And no one to tell us off.
We were just kids,
Little youngsters,
Without a care in the world.
So who decided to rip this joy away from us,
The hands on the clock,
Or the people who decide what we need to be.
