Disdain
I disdain myself
The fake smiles, annoying laughter
Biting sarcasm, icy replies
Lies easier to accept than truth
Isolation easier to accept than socialization
I disdain myself
Anger;Irritation growing
Parinoia;depression flourishing
Click flick click flick
Boom! The countdown in my head ends
I disdain myself
Knowing that I'll never
Ever "get better"
Shivers in your bones, engulfed by
Cold, deep, suffocating-
Struggling just makes it worse
I disdain myself
Be quiet, Be silent
Stay out of sight, they all bite
Keep on smiling, I'm only lying
I hate myself
