The Unexplained
I wish I knew what it felt like
To walk around with unrelenting knowledge
To know the softness of her skin, the tranquility of her eyes and the softness of her voice
To bask in the eternity of love
The subsequent blow that is forces upon my heart
Allow me the rapture of love and all it's baggage
For what baggage could love contain?
On this topic I remain rather ignorant
Wilfully blind to that around
Wishing, dying to hear that delicate sound
For I ask, what is love?
Naivety consumes me
Abound me from darkness and unite me with some other
To implement me into the life I was meant to have
Instead of one that grows disgruntled like an abandoned calf
Homogenize me into the depths of another
So that we may, one day, finally understand each other
