'm 13, just trying to figure things out
Yet at times I'm utterly lost
There are moments where tears threated to come out
Or when laughter has taken control
When peace is hard to find,
But joy is always near
Boys  have just come into play
And it's a battle field
Trying everyday to control something
Never did I think it would be this hard
Being 13 seems easy, but it's the opposite
Dealing with your body is one thing, it's the easy part
Dealing with your emotions is another, and that's the hardest part
Heartbreak is possible
And so is true love.
Never underestimate what happens when your 13
It's the grade when everything matters
It's the break or make it moment.
You lost in a world where everything hits you 1000 miles per hour.
And little by little you start to realize life isn't a fairy tale
You can drive yourself crazy at night thinking
Or daydream all day
When your 13 life isn't easy,
But somehow you make it out alive.
When your 13, you grow up in a matter of seconds
You get stronger,
You feel lost
You grow.
It's hard to explain this, but when your 13 it's the moment of truth
Your no longer a kid, your a teenager who has to face the world.
It's hard, but we make thought
