Essence Of Pink
Pink is the offspring of lust and chastity, the amalgam of fervor and serenity, the fusion of roaring fire and delicate snow. Pink is the hue of love. Not fierce passion, but rather of feather-light endearment adorning the souls of paramours. Pink is the nurturing patience and kindness that parents so selflessly sacrifice for their children. Pink is the empathy between beings that drive them to feel intuition and compassion. Pink is gentle; the color of kindness. Pink is the hope felt by those in times of hardships, and pink is the peace they pray for. Pink is the generosity within the people who take joy in giving to others. Pink is the romance in a candle-lit dinner shared between lovers. Pink is playful affection and joyful companionship. In essence, pink is the ripe fruit of all love's labor.

This was a challenge my friend made for me to describe a color I don't particularly like without the usual words like 'pretty' or 'bright'. Hope you like it.
